Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By installing or using the Shwe Luck mobile app (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please uninstall the app.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

2. What Shwe Luck is

Shwe Luck is an information service. It displays:

• Publicly announced Thai Government Lottery results.
• Publicly available international exchange rates.
• Tools to save and check your own lottery tickets.

3. What Shwe Luck isn't

• We are not affiliated with the Government Lottery Office (GLO) of Thailand.
• We are not a currency exchange or money-transfer service.
• We are not a financial advisor. Rates shown are informational only.

4. Accuracy of information

We work hard to publish correct winning numbers and fresh exchange rates, but we can't guarantee perfection. Data can be delayed, misformatted upstream, or briefly unavailable.

Always verify any result that matters against the official GLO announcement before claiming a prize, and against your local money changer before transacting.

5. Acceptable use

When using Shwe Luck, you agree not to:

• Scrape, mirror, or resell our data feeds.
• Reverse-engineer the app or attempt to break its security.
• Use the app to harass others or to facilitate illegal activity in your jurisdiction.
• Submit content (ticket notes, etc.) that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes on others' rights.

6. Advertising & pricing

The Service is free. It is supported by ads served through Google AdMob. We don't control the specific ads shown; if one seems inappropriate, tap the "ⓘ" icon on the ad to report it.

We may introduce optional paid features in the future. If we do, you'll see prices clearly before you pay.

7. Intellectual property

The Shwe Luck name, logo, visual design, and app code are our property. You may not copy them.

Lottery numbers and exchange rates are facts and are not owned by anyone; we present them, we don't own them.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Lottery is a game of chance. Nothing in Shwe Luck — daily lucky numbers, horoscope content, or otherwise — predicts the outcome of any draw.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shwe Luck and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service — including but not limited to losses you attribute to inaccurate lottery results or exchange rates.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed USD 10.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Yangon.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we'll update the date at the top and post a notice in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
